- Preparation
- In a saucepan, pour 4-5 teaspoons of this mulled wine mix into 75 cl of red wine. Add a quartered organic orange and 50g sugar. Bring to the boil and leave to infuse for around 15 minutes, covered (never boil). Reheat the wine and serve in cups through a sieve.
