This homemade spice blend for gingerbread, Lebkuchen or gingerbread spice blend is a classic blend for the autumn and winter seasons. Honey, sugar and wheat flour, to which we add a blend of carefully selected spices: Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, ginger, star anise and cardamom. Rudolph, the Yaksha spice blend?
